About the job

HB-Care is Denmark's leading provider of authorised passenger transport. We are seeking a structured and detail-oriented administrative employee for our time control.

The position is 15-25 hours per week. We offer flexible working hours so the job can be tailored to your everyday life as best as possible.

About the position

At HB-Care we have over 600 drivers on the road every day, ensuring that our citizens with special needs get safely and accurately from A to B. An important job with great significance for both the citizen and the family.

Time control is responsible for quality-assuring the drivers' time registrations. We handle many different trips and pick-up and drop-off tasks daily, and therefore precise registration is crucial. As an administrative employee in the time control you ensure that the reported times match the actually driven routes.

You will become part of our HR and payroll team, which is a small department with strong collaboration and a fantastic community. You will receive thorough training from an experienced colleague and ongoing sparring with operations so you gain a solid understanding of both planning and daily driving. You will work in many different systems simultaneously, so you must be system-savvy, structured and perhaps a little nerdy.

Your primary tasks

  • Work in our time app, including verification of drivers' time registrations.
  • Follow up on whether driven routes correspond with reported times.
  • Data processing and control in Excel, planning systems, time app and GPS.
  • Dialogue with drivers in case of deviations and need for clarification.
  • Reporting on findings.

Your qualifications

  • You communicate confidently and professionally – also over the phone – and can balance a good dialogue with the drivers.
  • You have experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • You adapt easily to new IT systems.
  • You work structured, thorough and systematic.
  • You have a good overview and can work independently with your tasks.

We offer

  • A clearly defined area of responsibility with fixed and predictable routine tasks.
  • A professional and informal working environment with a good tone of communication.
  • Flexible working hours and the possibility to adjust the number of hours.
  • Thorough training and close collaboration with both HR, payroll and operations.

Application

If you want to know more about the position, you are welcome to contact department head Jimmi Fischer at [email protected] .
