Ambitious and hands-on team leader at Solgården who helps employees' professional skills to flourish

We are looking for a new team leader who loves facilitating and gets energy from seeing others succeed.

We can offer a group of employees who are incredibly professionally skilled and ambitious on behalf of the citizens and themselves. This also means that you do not need to be a subject matter expert if you are curious about our area. The important thing for us is that you are good at leading and developing employees who have a high degree of professionalism and independence.

Your tasks will include, among others

• facilitate sparring and development processes with and between employees
• implement and guide change processes
• help to put employees' knowledge into play and promote employees' talents
• develop the range of offers in collaboration with relevant employees
• translate wild, creative ideas into structure that can function in daily life
• support the completion of projects and initiatives.

You will become part of a management team with the Solgården leader. Depending on your profile, you will assemble the concrete task portfolio and decide how the employees are distributed among you – you will lead about 25 employees. To best complement each other in the management team, we are looking for someone who is ambitious and bubbling, but who is also down-to-earth and practically oriented, and who is focused on what is feasible and how it can be planned.

We experiment a lot , and you should preferably think that it’s cool and have an eye for learning opportunities when we occasionally make a huge self-goal. It requires that you have decisiveness and trust in the employees' ideas and competencies.

Our view of people is social-constructivist. This means that we start from the premise that people and situations cannot be understood independently of the perspectives with which we meet them. What we notice and attach meaning to in a given situation or relationship depends on our perspective and is therefore always dynamic and changeable.

It is important to us that you share this view of humanity and are curious about the possibilities and potentials that lie in each individual. The employee group is focused on what users can do and what they can develop the ability to do. Our ambition is not merely to give users a good day, but to create frameworks and opportunities for learning, development and new experiences.

Everyday life as a leader at Solgården is diverse . As a leader you are very visible in the house; employees have easy access to you, and the users also come and say hello. You will have your own office and the possibility to close the door, and at the same time a large part of your time will be spent in dialogue.

It can range from, “What do I do right now with this project?” to “What should we be mindful of regarding insurance when we acquire trampolines.” The important thing in the dialogues is that you engage in curiosity and that you are skilled at facilitating and framing professional sparring between the employees.

You will be successful in the job if you have contributed to the employees' professionalism flourishing, and if you have put the employees' competencies to work and thereby developed Solgården. And if you have facilitated that the employees develop fantastic solutions and offers for the citizens. You have managed to join the community that exists at Solgården, where we depend on having a very short distance and a close connection to each other, even though we are a large group of employees. And you are successful in the job if you can step aside and let the employees be the most capable.

A little practical information about your new workplace

Solgården offers employment, competence development and activity offerings to around 100 people with physical disabilities, psychological vulnerability and/or developmental disorders who have been granted §103- or §104-offers with us. For some users of Solgården, the goal is to get a paid job on the ordinary labor market, which happens in close collaboration with LEVJob and Jobservice. For other users, the goal is to maintain and develop their competencies by participating in Solgården's activities and social programs.

We will conduct first-round interviews on Thursday, November 5 and Friday, November 6, 2026, and second-round interviews on Monday, November 16, 2026. Between the first and second rounds, you will be asked to answer a questionnaire as part of a personality profile, which you will receive feedback on at the second interview.

Salary and terms of employment will be in accordance with the applicable collective agreement and the Ny Løn principles. In connection with the employment, a criminal record check and references from previous employments will be obtained. The job is full-time.
