About the job

We are seeking, for a maternity leave cover, a technically strong data analyst who is passionate about quality and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing and reporting data that documents customer satisfaction from around 180 million annual passengers on buses across Zealand (Sjælland) and Lolland/Falster.

Work area and tasks

Customer satisfaction is important in our work. We therefore actively use data to monitor the quality of our external bus operators - and this has direct financial significance for their contracts. Therefore your role is both responsible and important.

The data basis for customer satisfaction is approx. 30,000 annual customer interviews on the buses, conducted by an external supplier, with whom you will work closely - both on a daily basis and in periodic reporting and planning of interviews in upcoming periods.

Your daily tasks consist of updating the passenger satisfaction database, ensuring data quality and maintaining the data system so that the system is always up to date.

The interview data are processed in our BI environment with you as administrator of the relevant BI reports, in close collaboration with our BI team.

You will be responsible for follow-up on the operators’ quality performance in relation to their contracts with Movia and the contact with the operators in connection with the operation of the quality system.

As the quality owner you will be involved in analysis and development tasks that span Movia’s departments, and which also include Movia’s owners (regions and municipalities in Zealand), the external bus operators and the external supplier of quality measurements.

It will be you who formulates the requirements for the analysis reports to be built around the quality measurements and you who bring insights from the analyses into play in the development of Movia’s work in the area.

Who are you?

  • You have strong analytical skills and experience with quantitative customer data - from collection, through quality assurance to analysis.
  • You are good at achieving results - also through collaboration with others inside and outside your own department and have a strong personal commitment.
  • You have a relevant academic degree and can be a recent graduate or have experience from a similar position.

About us

You will join a group of 6 people (including you) who work to establish better bus operation based on credible data and insight into the actually delivered bus operation. The team is responsible for operations follow-up and optimization vis-a-vis the external bus operators, formulation of requirements for the future bus operation, management reporting and development of new data-based approaches to follow-up.

Our current data analyst goes on maternity leave in December. To ensure a smooth transition there will be an opportunity for overlap and sparring, so you can be thoroughly brought up to speed on the tasks and have a secure start.

Why choose Movia?

  • You will have the opportunity to work with sustainability and innovation.
  • An informal and collaborative workplace focused on development.
  • A central role in an organization with a strong team culture and green ambitions.
  • Flexible working conditions and a workplace in the heart of Valby, close to public transport.

Application deadline

Submit your application no later than Tuesday, November 3, 2026. Interviews will be held on an ongoing basis and the position will be filled thereafter. Start as soon as possible.

Salary is negotiated based on the applicable collective agreement and a concrete assessment of your education, your documented work experience and your professional and personal qualifications.
