PIM & Product Data Specialist for Stadsing in Nørresundby

Become an expert in Stadsing's product data

At Stadsing you will become a central part of the Procurement Department and the team around product data and PIM. You will be responsible for ensuring that thousands of products have correct, structured and up-to-date data.

You will work in Perfion, which is Stadsing's PIM platform, and you will play an important role in developing and maintaining the data foundation across assortment, suppliers and systems. You will also be involved in projects around automation, AI and digitization, including identifying opportunities for smarter product creation, data enrichment and automated exchange of product data with suppliers.

Your tasks include, among others

• Maintain and develop product data in Perfion
• Create and structure new products and datasets
• Collect product data, documentation and information from suppliers
• Support the registration of compliance and sustainability data
• Work with CO2 data and new legal requirements
• Contribute to automation of processes
• Work with AI tools such as Claude
• Support the development of integrations between the company’s systems
• Handle analysis and data processing tasks

You love data and are not afraid of technology

The most important is not your education title. For example, you may be educated in data analysis, Business Intelligence, digitization, IT or information technology, data scientist, HA or another business-oriented education with curiosity and interest in data and systems. The important thing is that you:

• have a strong system understanding
• enjoy working with structure, details and data quality
• are curious about and have an interest in AI, automation and digital processes
• are good at learning new systems
• take responsibility, follow up tasks through to completion and thrive with contact to colleagues across the organization and to suppliers

If you have experience from a student job or projects in a trading or B2B company with many products, that is an advantage but not a requirement.
