A workshop with room for both experience and development

At SAWO in Stokkemarke you get more than a job. You will become part of a professional workshop where we build solutions that must work every day for our customers – and where your work can be seen on the finished truck when it leaves the gate.

We have exciting tasks and need more good colleagues with different competencies. You don’t need to know everything from day one. If you have a solid practical understanding, skilled hands and a desire to learn, we provide training in the areas you are missing. We are looking for four new colleagues

· Two employees for truck construction – you build and assemble customer-specific solutions on trucks.

· A worker for stainless welding – you work with welding, fitting and finishing in stainless steel.

· An employee for assembly tasks – you solve simple, practical assembly tasks and help the builds reach a safe finish.

The tasks vary, but the workplace is the same: a professional workshop where we help each other, take responsibility for quality and are proud of the finished result.

What will you be working with?

· Construction and interior fitting of trucks according to the customer's needs

· Assembly of components, equipment, brackets, boxes and custom solutions

· Welding, cutting, drilling, fitting and other workshop work

· Electrical and technical assembly tasks depending on your experience

· Preparation, quality control and final completion before delivery

· Practical problem solving together with colleagues and the workshop manager

Your background may vary

You may be a smith, blacksmith, stainless welder, electrician, mechanic, industrial fitter or have another technical or craft background. You may also have learned your trade through many years of practical work. You:

· can and will use your hands

· work responsibly and have an eye for quality and safety

· can collaborate and contribute to a good workday

· are curious and willing to learn new tasks

· show up reliably and see the work through to the end

Do you not have all the competencies yet? That’s perfectly fine. The most important is your craftsmanship, your attitude and the willingness to learn.
