Are you a master's student in economics or finance with an interest in commercial and investment real estate?

We are seeking an ambitious student assistant for our Research department, who wishes to work closely with the real estate market and gain experience with analyses, investments and advisory for some of the countrys largest professional investors. The position is particularly relevant for you who are pursuing a master's degree and want a student job with professional challenges and good development opportunities.

As a student assistant you will become an integral part of the team and will have the opportunity to work with analyses, reports and presentations that support our commercial brokers and project department in their daily work. You will also gain insight into and contribute to analyses and decision bases for institutional investors in connection with housing projects and investment properties.

About the job

You will be part of our Research team at the head office in Copenhagen K. We offer flexibility in connection with exams, a high degree of freedom with responsibility, and a student job where you have the opportunity to develop both your analytical and commercial skills.

Your tasks will include

• Preparation of analyses, reports and presentations based on market data such as required returns, rent levels, vacancy, demographics, construction activity and building rights assessments.
• Preparation and updating of macroeconomic and property-related market analyses.
• Data collection, data processing and quality assurance.
• Contribute to our analyses and publications, including Nordic Outlook, Market Update, Fokus as well as the annual expectations survey.
• Preparation of prospectuses and Investment Memorandums in connection with the sale of investment properties.
• Preparation of client presentations and reporting to investors.
• Collaboration with our international partner Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL).
• Preparation of material for both Danish and international investors.

About you

We imagine that you are pursuing a masters degree in economics, finance or a related area, for example at CBS, KU, SDU or similar.

In addition, we emphasize that you

• Have a strong analytical approach and the ability to translate data into clear conclusions.
• Communicate confidently in both Danish and English, in writing as well as verbally.
• Have a good understanding of economics, financing and numerical handling.
• Are curious, proactive and work independently.
• Thrive in an environment with high ambitions and a steep learning curve.
• Have an interest in commercial and investment properties.
