As a technical service assistant you will be part of an engaged service team that every day helps create the best possible framework for the municipality's many cultural and leisure activities. Together we ensure that citizens, associations, artists and guests are met with well-functioning facilities and professional service.

Your primary place of work will be in the Culture Houses and Taastrup Theater & Music House, but you will also be able to contribute at libraries, outdoor events and other activities across the organization.

Your tasks

Your work tasks will include, among other things

• Setting up, taking down and preparing rooms for events and activities
• Operation and maintenance of our facilities in the culture houses
• Light cleaning and practical service tasks
• Supervision of and minor troubleshooting of AV equipment
• Transport of furniture and equipment between our locations
• Contribute to the execution of events both indoors and outdoors

The work involves physical activity and driving between our different buildings.

About the workplace

The Culture and Leisure Center comprises seven buildings with more than 50 rooms spread between Taastrup and Hedehusene. Here you will find meeting rooms, stages, workshops, exhibition facilities, rehearsal rooms, libraries and teaching rooms.

We are a growing cultural institution and each year we create the framework for around 500,000 visitors. In total we are about 55 employees in the Culture Houses, Taastrup Theater & Musikhus and the Libraries.

Practical information

The position is 37 hours per week. Employment starting January 4, 2027.

Salary and terms of employment are set in accordance with the applicable collective agreement. In connection with employment, references from previous employments will be obtained.
