We are a department in an exciting development, and one of our skilled colleagues is retiring, which is why we are looking for 2 employment market consultants for permanent positions of 37 hours per week at Job & Health in Guldborgsund Municipality.

Your tasks will primarily consist of following up on sick-listed citizens' return to the labor market and initiating relevant actions that can support the citizen.

You will join a department consisting of 30 employment market consultants, 1 administrative staff member, 3 benefits consultants, 2 professional coordinators and a manager.

We are a department with high professionalism and strong commitment to task execution. In addition, we have a flexitime arrangement, and there is also an opportunity for remote work.

Employment terms : In accordance with the applicable collective agreement. The position is to be filled as soon as possible and no later than 1 January 2027.
