Are you our new bookkeeper at North Medical? - Opportunity for both full-time or part-time

Do you have experience with bookkeeping, payroll and reconciliations? And do you also feel like asking "Can we make this smarter?" when you encounter a manual workflow.

At Nørth Medical we are looking for a bookkeeper who keeps track of the numbers and is curious about what they tell. Someone who finds it exciting to get systems to work better together, make everyday work easier and find opportunities to improve our business.

We are a chain of cosmetic clinics with an accompanying webshop. You will be our steady anchor in the finances and ensure the accounts are up to date every month, so we always have our finger on the pulse.

Control over the day-to-day – and room for your ideas

You will handle the typical bookkeeping tasks, including

• Ongoing bookkeeping and monthly closing.
• Payroll processing and reconciliation of wages, holiday pay and pension.
• Reconciliation of bank, clinics' cash registers and payments from the webshop.
• Handling of invoices, payments and follow-up on outstanding amounts.
• Preparation and reporting of VAT and collaboration with external auditor.

At the same time you will have the opportunity to make your mark on how we work. We would like to have you involved in automating repetitive tasks, improving workflows and creating an financial overview - ideally visual.

For example, it could be to investigate where we waste time on manual entries, track the development of revenue and costs across the clinics or discover patterns that we should act on.

Who are you?

You have experience with bookkeeping and payroll, work in a structured way and take responsibility that tasks are followed through. You react when something doesn’t add up, and are good at making numbers understandable for others.

You also find analytics, statistics and digital solutions exciting. Maybe you have already automated parts of bookkeeping in a previous role. Maybe you have ideas and the desire to learn more. You don’t have to be a programmer – we value your curiosity and your ability to find practical solutions.

Practical information

Location: In Aarhus and surroundings, where there will also be an opportunity for remote work.

Scope: full-time or part-time

Start: February/March 2027
