Do you want to work in an organization where information security and personal data protection are high on the agenda? Then the Agency for International Recruitment and Integration (SIRI) is currently seeking a new colleague for a team with a strong emphasis on high professionalism and good cross-disciplinary collaboration.

Welcome to Business Development

  • process and operations management
  • digital development projects

  • cross-cutting legal tasks

What your day will look like

Your tasks span a wide range across organizational, processual, behavioral and technical areas, and we place emphasis on close sparring and joint development of our competencies.

Your tasks will include

  • prepare risk assessments and impact assessments (DPIA) with a focus on the rights of data subjects and translate them into concrete and business-supporting recommendations
  • advise on and follow up on security measures and on the execution of these
  • coordinate cross-disciplinary efforts and prepare management reporting
  • handle security incidents and establish good processes for security work
  • advise on how requirements in GDPR, information security, NIS 2 and the AI Regulation are translated into concrete decisions, processes and controls
  • prepare decision papers and management reporting that translate complex legal and technical issues into clear risk pictures and recommendations

The portfolio of tasks evolves continuously, so you will have the opportunity to work with new areas and develop your competencies.

Our expectations of you

We expect you to have a cand.jur., cand.merc.jur. or another relevant legal background. It is an advantage if you have experience with GDPR, information security or cyber security.

We would like you to

  • be analytically oriented and able to identify significant issues and risks and translate them into clear and actionable recommendations
  • be able to navigate a complex and politically governed organization and have an understanding of administrative law principles and the Public Administration Act
  • have a good technical understanding and be able to familiarize yourself with the technical aspects relevant to the assessment of information security and data protection risks

It is also an advantage if you have experience with

  • development of policies, procedures and guidelines
  • operationalization of GDPR and working with standards and frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27001/27002, NIS2 and related controls, risk assessments and supervision

What you get with us

We prioritize thorough onboarding and ensure you get a good start with us. You also have good opportunities for ongoing competence development through courses and new tasks

Your well-being and a healthy work-life balance are important to us. We therefore offer flexible hours and the possibility of up to one day per week of remote work, where task coverage allows it.

In SIRI we have an informal tone, and we are characterized by a strong collegial and social community across the agency. We have, among other things, a canteen, table tennis table, gym, Friday bar etc.
