Our regular night shift continues to the assistant training - so does your heart beat for care for the elderly with dignity and respect? Then we have the job for you! You will become part of a triple-care home, where we value the wellbeing of residents as well as staff. We welcome you to a unique and homely home with a strong value base.

Who are you? You are a social- and health-care helper or unskilled with experience from or a desire to work in the elderly and dementia field, primarily night shifts. You are interested in providing care and support for the elderly and work in a structured and safe way within your competence area.

Your tasks will include: Create homeliness, safety and star moments together with residents and contribute to the good atmosphere at the home.

Take responsibility based on the resident's needs and values.

Collaborate across teams and brainstorm with colleagues.

We are looking for you who

• Is educated as a social- and health-care helper or has other relevant experience
• Wants to develop yourself
• Is passionate about creating a good everyday life for the elderly — also at night
• Is positive, flexible and works well both independently and in teams

About the position The position is 30 hours, with work every second weekend.

Salary and employment are according to the applicable collective agreement.

Start date: January 1 or by agreement.

About the HOME Friplejehjemmet Højbo is located in Arnborg and benefits from collaboration with the local community. We are well established and have a stable staff.

Here 36 residents live, spread over 3 wings. We have 8 on day shifts on weekdays, 4 on evening shifts and two on night shifts. In addition there are kitchen staff, cleaning ladies, department head nurse, janitors, secretary and activity staff. We experience that there are many taking care of the residents. We are never alone with the responsibility. We are very conscious of being welcoming and warm toward the residents, their relatives and toward each other. Højbo can do something quite special.
