We are an ambitious center and department in exciting development and we are seeking a visitation officer for 37 hours in a fixed-term period with start date 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027. You will become part of a larger revisitation in 2027, where all visitation officers must engage in dialogue with visited citizens about cleaning, where we, with focus on everyday rehabilitation and technologies, make citizens more self-reliant.

We are part of the Center for Health and Care as well as Helsingør Municipality across administrative areas. Our office environment is located in the municipality’s Health House. We are one municipality.

About us

Prevention and Visitation is a dynamic, multidisciplinary group of nurses, physiotherapists and occupational therapists, managers and administrative staff. We focus on prevention, rehabilitation and activating interventions. We arrange for rehabilitation programs, home support, aids, housing adaptations, assistive vehicle services etc., and perform preventive home visits.

We have many internal and external partners in the region, general practice and with municipal and private providers. We are a developing workplace where responsibility, trust, meaningfulness and humor are our values. We document in Nexus via Common Language III.

Visitation officers work in teams, have flexible working hours, and there is a high degree of freedom to arrange the work. There is also, to some extent, the possibility to work from home.

About you

We are looking for a visitation officer with a health-professional background at bachelor level, such as physiotherapist, occupational therapist or nurse, who wants to work with development of the close health services.

We are looking for someone with several years of experience from the municipal elderly sector and preferably experience with rehabilitation and visitation work.

You have good communication skills and are used to working with electronic citizen journals and have experience in understanding legislation. You are good at creating an overview, prioritizing and creating structure in a complex and varied working day. You handle an unpredictable daily life professionally and are service-minded with a good sense of humor. You thrive with self-planned work and can structure your tasks in collaboration with a team.

We will of course ensure thorough onboarding in our systems, workflows and processes so you get off to a good start.

The position requires a driver's license.

Salary and employment terms

In accordance with the applicable collective agreement with the Health Cartel. A base salary step 9 has been negotiated. There can be allowances for special experience and knowledge of 10,000 DKK annually. Allowance for specialist function of 12,300 DKK annually. As well as an allowance of 6,600 DKK annually. All allowances are subject to a concrete assessment and at the 01.01.06 level.
