About the job

Are you passionate about pedagogical development and making a difference in people’s lives?

We are looking for four engaged and professionally grounded pedagogues for our § 108 group home services, where the target group is people with autism and developmental disabilities.

The most important task is to create the framework for a meaningful and dignified life based on the individual resident’s wishes, needs, resources and prerequisites.

Therefore, the content of your working day with us can also span widely.

One day you might be out on a bike ride or a walk in the woods. Another day in the swimming pool or riding. Or a trip to our own sensory house.

As a pedagogue with us you will become an important part of the citizens’ daily life and development.

Your tasks will among other things be

  • To create and maintain safe, trusting and developmental relationships with the residents.
  • To support the residents’ self-determination, involvement and quality of life.
  • To work with individual pedagogical goals and sub-goals.
  • To support the residents in daily activities and practical chores.
  • To work with structure, predictability and recognizability in everyday life.
  • To observe, document and evaluate the pedagogical effort.
  • To collaborate across professional disciplines with colleagues, relatives and external partners.
  • To actively contribute to professional reflection and development of our pedagogical practice.

Who are you?

We are not looking for a superhero – we are looking for a person who

  • Is a trained pedagogue.
  • Has interest in or experience with social-pedagogical work within the adult field.
  • Is present, patient and clear in your communication.
  • Can work independently while being an active part of a team.
  • Has an acknowledging and respectful approach to people.
  • Can maintain composure and act professionally in challenging situations.
  • Is reflective about your own practice and eager for professional development.
  • Sees documentation and professional reflection as a natural part of the job.

There are bonus points if you have both a strong care instinct and a big license to wash the dishes 😊

Who are we?

We take our professionalism seriously – but we don’t take ourselves too seriously.

  • A meaningful workplace where relationships and professionalism are central.
  • A varied everyday life with both professional challenges and good experiences.
  • Committed colleagues with different professional competencies.
  • Opportunities for professional sparring, reflection and skill development.
  • A workplace where collaboration, well-being and the working environment are highly valued.
  • Opportunities to influence and develop the pedagogical practice.
