Who are we?

Gang 3 is a department with 8 rooms for residents who need care and support in daily life. Our residents come from different cultures and have physical, mental and cognitive challenges. For us, the work is not only about care, but also about creating good relationships, showing understanding and meeting people with respect. We are a staff group with humor, an informal tone and a good sense of community, where we help each other and value our different strengths.

What does the job involve?

• Personal care and practical assistance.
• Create security, structure and good relationships.
• Help with activities and accompany to appointments.
• Collaborate with colleagues and document in Nexus.

You are never alone on shift. There is always a trained colleague you can get support and sparring from.

You do not need to have a health professional education, but we place emphasis on you

• are caring, inclusive and responsible
• have a desire to work with people and learn new things
• respect for different cultures and life situations
• are flexible and can work at different times – both day, evening, night and weekends.

The position is therefore especially suitable for you who are taking a gap year, but everyone with the right mindset is welcome to apply.

A driving license is an advantage, but not a requirement.
