About the job

Join the Children’s Team in the Authority – Children and Youth in Holbæk Municipality

Imagine a workplace where you make a real difference for children and families every day. Where you are met by committed colleagues who share their knowledge, challenge each other professionally, and celebrate small and large successes together. Where curiosity, creativity and the courage to try new paths are not just words – but a natural part of everyday life.

That is the workplace we want to be.

We know that the best solutions are created in collaboration. Therefore, we work with families as a whole and across professions and administrations. We believe that when we bring our different perspectives into play, we create the best opportunities for children to thrive, develop, and have a secure future.

Now we are looking for a social worker for our Children’s Team, who wants to develop together with us.

With us you become part of something bigger

We are a children’s team with high professional standards, strong relationships, and a shared ambition to continuously improve. We focus on learning, developing our practice, and finding new ways to create value for children and families.

We are not afraid to ask questions, challenge habits, or try new methods if it can provide a better effort for children and families.

We believe that a good working environment is created through trust, helpfulness, and room for both professional discussions and laughter in daily life. With us you are never alone with difficult cases.

About the Children’s Team

The Children’s Team handles authority tasks for children aged 0-12 and their families under the Child Act.

We work closely with, among others, PPR, health visiting services, Family House, SSP, day care, schools, and other partners, because we know that cohesive interventions yield the best results for the children.

We have recently strengthened the team with more advisors, because we want good frameworks for both the quality of the work and the working environment.
