With stores in Field's, Rødovre Centrum and Lyngby Storcenter we now continue our expansion with a brand new store in Odense.

Our ambition is to create a store where both experienced collectors, passionate players and completely new enthusiasts feel welcome, and where high product knowledge, community and an extraordinary customer experience form the foundation for everything we do.

To realise that ambition we are now looking for the right employees who together with the store management will help build a strong team and ensure a fantastic start for Rogerz in Odense.

Your role as a salesperson at Rogerz

As a part-time salesperson at Rogerz you will play an important role in the store's day-to-day operations and have a central role in creating great experiences for our customers.

The special thing about this position is that you become part of a completely new team that will help open our first store on Funen.

You will get the opportunity to be involved from the very beginning, learn our products and working procedures, and contribute to creating the culture and the community that will characterise Rogerz in Odense.

We expect you to take an active part in the store's daily life, be curious about our products and care about giving every single customer a professional and personal experience.

You will become part of a team where we help each other, share our knowledge and work together to achieve the best results.

Your main tasks will include

• To ensure that we as a team deliver an extraordinary customer experience to all our customers.
• Active selling, advising and guidance within our many product categories.
• To build good customer relationships and give customers a reason to visit us again.
• Procurement, evaluation and pricing of trading cards and other collectibles according to our current guidelines.
• Receiving, restocking and presenting products in the store.
• To ensure that the store always presents as inviting, well-organised and ready to sell.
• To actively contribute to the store's turnover, sales targets and KPIs.
• To stay updated on new products, releases and trends within TCG, sports cards and collectibles.
• To contribute ideas and suggestions for new initiatives, events and activities in collaboration with the store's management.
• To help with the daily operations and ensure that our standards, routines and procedures are followed.
• To create a positive working environment and a strong community among your colleagues.

In connection with the opening you will also be able to be involved in preparing the store, restocking and other practical tasks to ensure that we are fully prepared to welcome our first customers.

In short, your role will be to help create a store where customers receive an exceptional experience, where daily operations are well managed, and where both customers and employees want to be.

Who are you?

We are looking first and foremost for people who love working with people, have a natural service mindset and thrive in a fast-paced everyday life.

Previous experience from retail is a requirement , and we expect you to have a good understanding of sales, customer service and the tasks that come with working in a physical store.

You do not need to have previously worked with TCG or collectibles, but you should want to learn our products and be able to advise customers professionally.

Perhaps you are already a passionate collector or a player within Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, One Piece, Riftbound or one of the many other TCG universes?

That is certainly an advantage, but not a requirement.

The most important thing is that you want to learn and engage in the world that our customers and employees are passionate about.

Practical information

Position: Sales Assistant / Part-time Salesperson

Workplace: Rogerz, Odense

Working hours: Part-time, with varying hours by agreement and the store's needs.

Expected store opening: Q1 2027.

Start date: By further agreement, preferably before the store opens, so you can participate in training and preparations ahead of the opening.
