Qualified pedagogue for Kong Gurli's nursery

Do you want to help develop our toddler unit based on the child's perspective and needs?

The Kong Gurli Childcare Institution is normed for a total of 68 children: 44 preschoolers and 24 toddlers. We have implemented the minimum staffing levels and are therefore four adults in each room. We live in an old villa with a lovely garden in Inner Østerbro. The kindergarten is on the ground floor and the toddler unit on the first floor. Outside we have a wonderful green playground which we use every day.

We can offer you a workplace where

• the staff have strong influence and active involvement in daily life is expected, so all children are offered the best pedagogical quality.
• we have set aside time to plan, reflect and brainstorm with each other, so we can be present and caring when we are with the children.
• we prioritise a good working community, and the house is not bigger than that we all care for and take an interest in each other – both big and small. The staff consists of men and women, tall and short, old as young.

In daily life we work closely across rooms, and we have a staff meeting every two weeks where we together plan the pedagogical activities. Every Monday we have a pedagogical meeting where we reflect on our pedagogical practice and agree on joint initiatives.

Employment terms

The position is initially 32-37 hours per week. We would like you to start on December 1, 2026 or as soon as possible thereafter. Salary and employment terms according to the applicable collective agreement and within the framework of local wage formation. In connection with the hire we will obtain a child and criminal background check and take references.
