We are seeking an assistant team leader for the day shift, who can become a close sparring partner for the current team leader in the AutoStore area. There are many tasks, and therefore we need a person who can take responsibility, create an overview, and help make everyday life run smoothly.

It is not a requirement that you already have experience as a team leader. The most important thing is that you have warehouse experience, take responsibility from day one, and want to develop yourself. If you show that you have the potential to become a future team leader, there are very good chances of permanent employment.

Your tasks

You will among other things

• Help lead and distribute the day’s work
• Ensure tasks are completed and follow up when there is a lot to handle
• Be flexible and help across the warehouse
• Take responsibility for the tasks you receive
• Participate in relevant meetings
• Provide input for ongoing efficiency improvements
• Carry out ordinary warehouse tasks as needed.

As you show what you can do, you will take on more responsibility for coordination and leadership.

About you

We imagine that you

• Have experience from a warehouse
• Have a forklift license, which is a big advantage
• Can take responsibility and work independently
• Have a desire to learn more about leadership and coordination
• Are flexible regarding workload
• Can maintain an overview, even when it’s busy.

A forklift license is absolutely an advantage. But if we find the right candidate with potential who lacks a forklift license, there is a possibility to obtain it through the job. However, we are primarily looking for a candidate who already has a forklift license.
