Dreaming of working in a nursery/preschool. Do you know when to walk behind, beside and in front, are you an affirming, present and a visible adult in the children's daily lives, and are you always ready for play? Then this might be something for you.

Our expectations of you

We need you who are strong in relationship work both with children and parents, can initiate play, but also are focused on following the children's initiatives. You are curious, open, flexible and loyal in relation to agreements.

We need an initiative-taking colleague who can create structure and stability, while you are caring and present.

We are a day-care offering with a focus on quality and professionalism in relation to the good child life. It is exciting to work here and we reflect so much that it creaks. With us, the core task comes before anything else.

We work for children's communities, well-being and learning just as it is essential for us to focus on the child perspective… again and again! It requires that we must be brave enough to “get involved” in each other's work, and that communication and well-being are a shared responsibility. We make an effort, we practice, and we learn from our mistakes. We see children's resources rather than limitations. We work with development-supportive interaction based on the ICDP elements and focus on the framework for participation opportunities in the communities.

Employment terms

We wish that you can start as soon as possible. The position is time-limited and desired to be filled as soon as possible until December 31 with possibility for extension

Salary and employment terms according to the applicable collective agreement. In connection with the hires we obtain child and criminal record certificates and take references
