At Bang & Olufsen in Struer we are looking for a Cook for our staff canteen – Monday to Friday from 06:00 to 13:30.

You will become an important part of a small team, where your main focus will be to ensure that lunch is a good experience for your colleagues in the building – both through flavorful and well-presented plating, and welcoming hospitality.

Key responsibilities

You will, in collaboration with our cooks and head chef, be involved in the following tasks:

· Prepare breakfast and lunch for our colleagues and guests in the house

· Meeting catering

· Self-check, ordering of goods, and menu planning

· Be a host and create a good atmosphere in the canteen during lunch

· Clearing and washing up

· Tidying up and cleaning in the kitchen and canteen

You will play an important role in creating a pleasant and well-functioning canteen environment, where both the food and the social aspect are central.

What you bring

· You have a culinary education, preferably as a Gastronomist with a specialization as Cook

· You easily build good relationships

· You thrive in a role with service and hospitality

· You have a positive approach to work and enjoy making a difference

· You work independently and take responsibility for your tasks

· You speak and understand Danish – English is an advantage

· You are open to taking on new tasks

Previous experience from canteen, catering or similar is an advantage, but not required. The most important is that you are passionate about your profession and the interaction with people.
