At Premier Is we are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager who can think commercially and translate ideas into strong digital execution. The role will have a central place in the marketing team with responsibility for developing our digital presence and creating growth across websites, paid media and social media.

About the role

As Digital Marketing Manager you will be responsible for the operation, development and optimization of our digital platforms and marketing activities.

You will work closely at the intersection of e-commerce, marketing and external agencies and you will play an important role in creating growth in both traffic, engagement and online revenue across channels.

The role combines development, coordination and operational execution across our digital platforms and channels. We therefore seek a profile that thrives on driving tasks forward independently and actively works with both operation, optimization and development in day-to-day work.

You will be part of a marketing team with close collaboration across brand, content and commercial activities.

Your responsibilities

• Operations and optimization of hjem-is.dk and premier-is.dk
• Responsible for e-commerce revenue and digital KPIs
• Responsible for operation and development of our loyalty program ’Hjem-IS Venner’
• Development and optimization of paid media across channels
• Create growth in traffic, reach and engagement across digital platforms
• Collaboration with and management of external digital agencies
• Work with email marketing and automation
• Development and optimization of the digital infrastructure and related tools
• Planning of content calendar in collaboration with Brand Manager

Your profile

We are looking for a digital profile with strong commercial understanding and practical experience with digital marketing and e-commerce, preferably from an omnichannel company with both offline and online sales channels.

You are motivated by delivering results and thrive in a role where you both work strategically and drive the operational execution forward in day-to-day life. At the same time you work in a structured way, take responsibility for your projects and thrive in a role with many collaboration interfaces.

We also imagine that you

• Have 3–5 years of experience with digital marketing and/or e-commerce
• Have experience with paid media and digital campaigns
• Have worked hands-on with platforms such as Shopify – experience with Klaviyo is an advantage
• Have understanding or insight into omnichannel marketing across channels
• Have understanding of digital infrastructure and the interaction between platforms, data and marketing
• Thrive in developing, optimizing and driving the execution forward
