Huset Venture Aarhus is seeking an auditor for a leadership position with practical experience for a strong social economy organization.

You know the audit craft, the clients, and the advisory role. About daily life at Huset Venture

We have a lively department with many exciting tasks for external clients. The day may start with professional sparring or quality assurance of a task for a private individual, a owner-managed business or a company. Later you will sit across from a client or a new potential client who needs close advice on accounting, tax and business decisions. By the end of the day, you have discussed professional issues and operations with the team in the office, where hands-on leadership, sparring and development are a natural part of everyday life.

Your main tasks and areas of responsibility

• Department leadership with inclusivity: Professional and personnel leadership of the accounting team. You lead with high professionalism and demonstrate the inclusivity and human insight that characterizes a social enterprise. You are hands-on in the job with a focus together with the employees on the individual tasks. You are quality-conscious and dedicated.
• Customer responsibility and advisory: Responsible for the department's customers and approach to new ones. You function as a close sparring partner for private owner-led businesses, SMEs, associations, etc., and you enjoy working with creating value that reaches beyond the accounting itself.
• Customer acquisition and sales: You can actively build relationships, attract new customers and expand the customer portfolio for Accounting Services.
• Quality assurance & development: You can ensure high quality in accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, tax computations and statements as well as continuously optimize and digitize workflows.

Who are you?

• Background and experience: You have +5 years of experience from the audit industry and hold an HD(R), cand.merc.aud. or similar. Very preferably with admission/registration in practice, possibly with deponing. You master accounting, bookkeeping, tax and declaration tasks for both companies, personally owned businesses and associations.
• Security and progress: You drive your tasks and the department securely from planning to delivery and thrive with the full overview.
• Relationships and sales: You are motivated by ongoing dialogue with clients and have the knack and desire to build networks and win new customers.
• Engaged leader: You are curious about developing your employees' abilities and your own leadership skills. You are motivated by seeing your employees thrive and develop.
