Available evening shift position for our small lovely department in Hillerød

Are you going to be part of a small evening-shift team at a new private home care service in Hillerød? Here there is room to breathe and close collaboration with your colleagues.

"Omsorg Sjælland" in Hillerød is seeking a trained SSH for a permanent evening position - you may come from a similar position and be used to working from 15-23?

Do you want to have influence on creating the good working environment and provide good care to our citizens?

We are currently seeking a trained SSH for a pure evening shift. So are you positive and want to make a difference for the citizens?

Then we are looking for you who

• Will be part of influencing the good working environment
• Wish to work relationally with our citizens
• Has a positive attitude to changes and a good overview - as well as professional competence to respond to changes among our lovely citizens
• Would like to work in a caring and relationship-building way with our citizens
• Will have a fixed evening shift with weekend shifts every 2nd weekend - in a 7-7 position
• Has experience with Nexus documentation system
