We are looking for a professional master baker with experience in Turkish baked goods who can oversee the production of authentic, freshly baked Turkish bread of high quality.

👨🍳 YOUR WORK DUTIES

• Production of traditional Turkish bread
• Baking Turkish pide, lahmacun and flatbread
• Preparation of dough using traditional Turkish methods
• Responsible for fermentation, shaping and baking
• Ensure high and consistent quality every day
• Responsible for hygiene and order in the bakery area

✅ WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO

• Has solid experience baking Turkish bread
• Has in-depth knowledge of traditional Turkish baking recipes and techniques
• Can work independently and take responsibility for the production
• Is quality-conscious, efficient and reliable
• Has a passion for authentic Turkish bakery
• Preferably has previous experience from a Turkish bakery
