Teacher for the upper secondary at Vestervang School

• with teaching qualifications in Danish, English, Physical Education and History.

We are seeking a skilled and engaged teacher for our general upper secondary at Vestervang School with starting from 1 January 2027. It is a maternity leave position of 37 hours.

As a teacher in the upper secondary at Vestervang you must be passionate about academic excellence and about giving our young people a strong start when they finish primary school and stand on the threshold to youth and adult life. At the same time we want a teacher who is focused on seeing and meeting their students in the community and contributing actively to their well-being and development.

You will be a contact teacher in an ALFA 7 class, where you will also teach Danish, English and History. You will also teach Danish, History and Physical Education in 9th grade. The position also includes two-teacher lessons and other tasks by agreement.

Salary and employment terms

Working time is 37 hours per week with starting on 1 January 2027. This is a maternity leave position.

Salary is determined on the basis of the applicable collective agreement and a concrete assessment of your education, your documented work experience, and your professional and personal qualifications. Before the appointment and entering into the salary agreement you have the opportunity to receive information about the starting pay for the specific position.
