Are you our new Danish and music teacher?

We need a trained Danish and music teacher for

• Danish in our lower secondary division
• music
• 2-teacher lessons in year 6
• PE

Vibenshus School is located centrally on Østerbro. We have Fælledparken, the harbour and the beach in our vicinity, which gives us the opportunity to move teaching out of the building. We are a 2- to 3-track school from kindergarten to 9th grade, and we currently have just under 500 students.

We are organized into two departments: the primary school, which consists of 0th–5th grade, and the upper secondary from 6th–9th grade. We work both in year groups and subject teams and place a high priority on parallel teaching. This means you should be prepared for a high degree of joint preparation and teamwork.

Wellbeing for both students and staff and the working environment in general are areas we continually focus on. Music is important to us, and we value our tradition of morning song and spring concert.

• meet the students at eye level
• have high academic expectations for your students, and this can be seen in your teaching
• put job satisfaction and dialogue high on your agenda
• are open to feedback and will take responsibility for a good working environment
• can work closely in a team with colleagues about the students and their learning
• are welcoming and will actively engage in the collaboration with parents, students, colleagues and management

Employment terms

This is a full-time position with as soon as possible start date.

The salary is in accordance with the applicable collective agreement.

In connection with the employment we will obtain a child and criminal record check as well as references.
