Do you want to help create quality of life and good experiences for people with lasting physical and mental developmental disabilities? Do you want meaningful work that makes a difference for others?

If you have a longer higher education at bachelor or master's level, are 25+ years old and are considering changing course in your career, we can now offer you a unique opportunity.

We are seeking skilled and engaged people with strong competencies across our six pedagogical offerings – and we have a need for what you can contribute!

We are currently offering a number of positions at a minimum of 30 hours as care assistants, where you will also receive a free 2.5-year education as a merit pedagogue with a track change within the specialized social sector, starting February 2027.

Before the education starts you will be employed at one of our offers. We will ensure you are prepared for the job through a well-planned onboarding process and you will receive close professional sparring through our mentoring scheme. In addition, you will have some fantastic and engaged colleagues who look forward to welcoming you and helping you on your way.

You will receive pay throughout your studies, which you take part-time while you concurrently work with us. You will be paid for the number of hours you work with us.

  • Receive a free 2.5-year education as a merit pedagogue with pay during the education.
  • Be introduced to our professional approaches Gentle Teaching Nordic, neuropedagogy and LA2U.

  • Have good written skills in relation to documentation tasks.

Application deadline: October 28, 2026
