About the job As a weekend temp you become an important part of the daily life for our residents and of an engaged interdisciplinary team, where presence, structure and relationship work are central.

● Support and guide residents in daily life

● Contribute to personal care and practical tasks

● Create security, structure and good experiences

● Participate in activities and cozy company with the residents

● Collaborate with colleagues on a meaningful daily life
