We are looking for a SOSU assistant or SOSU helper who wants to contribute to creating security, quality of life and development,

30 - 36 hours per week in both day and evening shifts.

At Virkelyst you will be an important part of the daily life for 8 adults with acquired brain injury.

At Virkelyst we work with a combination of pedagogical and health care tasks .

You should, among other things, be able to

• work from a pedagogical, rehabilitative and respectful approach
• perform health care and personal care tasks
• observe changes in the resident's condition and respond appropriately
• plan, document and follow up on the holistic care
• ensure continuity and quality in the efforts around the individual resident
• work in a structured way and follow the agreements and frameworks surrounding the residents
• help create a safe and predictable daily life

You will become the contact person for 1-2 residents

As an employee at Virkelyst you will be the contact person for 1-2 residents . This means you will have a special role in knowing the resident's wishes, needs, resources and goals. We work closely together as a team, and we help each other to create the best support for the individual resident.

For our residents, structure, recognizability and clear boundaries are important elements in daily life. You should thrive in being able to maintain the agreements and frameworks that are laid around the individual. At Virkelyst we meet the residents with an empathetic, acknowledging and respectful approach . Clear boundaries can be decisive in creating security.
