Our pedagogical approach

In the kindergarten we work from a clear child perspective, where play, participation and communities form the basis for the children's development. We meet the children with presence, clarity and recognition and create learning environments where all children feel they belong.

We work among other things with outdoor life and science, animals and nature, from soil to table, yoga, music and language. At the same time we focus on strengthening the oldest children's independence and creating a good transition to school.

We are looking for a pedagogue who

• Sees and meets the children with empathy, presence and clarity.
• Can support play, relationships and strong child communities.
• Is professionally curious and wishes to develop the pedagogical practice.
• Contributes positively to the collaboration with both colleagues and parents.

As a pedagogue with us you will get

Employment takes place according to the applicable collective agreement with BUPL. The position is on 30-37 hours and filled by agreement. We have ongoing interviews.
