About the job

Do you want to use your pedagogical expertise to create security, development and quality of life for people with acquired brain injury?

We are looking for four engaged social educators who want to apply their expertise in a daily life where presence, structure and individual considerations are crucial. You will be a part of a professional team where professional sparring, development and psychological security are important elements.

Who are we?

Viben is a 24/7 residential facility under the Social Services Act § 105 and part of the Department of Social Services in the City of Copenhagen. We have 35 residents aged 18-80 across four floors with a maximum of nine residents per ward.

With us you will be part of a specialized residential facility where pedagogy, neuro-competence and interdisciplinary collaboration go hand in hand. Here we work to support each resident's independence, well-being and opportunities to live a meaningful life.

We work with people with acquired brain injury and take the individual resident's needs, resources and possibilities as a starting point. We work to support residents' well-being, independence and quality of life through an individually tailored effort.

You will be part of a highly specialized offering where you can maintain and develop your professional skills within both the pedagogical and health care fields. You also get the opportunity for professional sparring with a neuro-science team consisting of a neuropsychologist, a physiotherapist, an occupational therapist and a social-legal specialist consultant.
