Your profile

You are stable, robust and can work independently and collaborate in a team.

You are loyal in your collaboration and follow decisions made.

You may have experience in daycare institutions, or experience in other work contexts.

You have a good overview, and you like structure.

You have something you are passionate about that our children (from 10 months to just under 3 years) can benefit from.

You may have competencies/interests within movement, music and pedagogical IT

You have the desire to help children thrive and develop,

but you are also good at practical work and "get things done"

You are curious, open and attentive, and ask if there is anything you are unsure about.

You like to be outside, regardless of the weather, and can take the initiative for play both outdoors and indoors.

You enjoy a varied day at work, as this is a floating position where you cover in for illness or as needed in the rooms; you will have a fixed schedule.

You contribute to the daily organization in the pedagogical work.

You can put yourself into play and reflect on your own and others" practice, with a focus on shared learning.

Salary and employment terms

The employment is a maternity-supporting position with an average weekly working time of 37 hours.

You must be able to start on November 1 or as soon as possible thereafter, and it ends on 31 January 2027, with the possibility of extension.

Interviews will be held in week 44.

Salary and terms will be in accordance with the applicable collective agreement. Final salary setting occurs after negotiation with the eligible trade union based on qualifications, unless the position is covered by a pre-agreement which can form the basis for salary setting
