Become Head of Department in a New Digital Employment-Related Team at Væksthuset

Do you want to lead a strong professional team and at the same time help shape a new national, digital membership offering and become part of the leadership team in Gro in Væksthuset? Then you have the chance to set professional direction, create results and make a real difference for people in working life.

You will become head of a department for a digital, interdisciplinary team of 12-15 advisers, who every day help PKAs members prevent sick leave, maintain their connection to the labor market and strengthen their (working) life. Your leadership will have direct significance for both employees and the pension fund's members.

You will be part of a newly started area in Væksthuset, where we are now expanding our leadership team because we generally are in a growth phase. At the same time you will become part of a large, innovative house where we emphasize our professional and social communities and where we believe that continuous development is one of the cornerstones of thriving and succeeding in the workplace.

Gro is a voluntary, preventive program for PKAs members who are employed but at risk of sick leave or have been on sick leave for up to 12 weeks. PKA is a pension fund for a large number of professional healthcare and social care professionals.

We are a nationwide offer where we provide digital guidance to PKAs members. We work with employability, in a structured and data-driven way with a high focus on the member's service experience. It is therefore important that you find it meaningful to combine professional depth with a sharp eye for the member's experience and needs – and that you see yourself contributing to creating development and initiative among people.

The effort is digital and the team is based in Væksthuset's premises in Copenhagen NV. Together with the head of the area and your department head colleague, you are responsible for ensuring that the operations run smoothly, that the employees thrive professionally and personally, and that the members experience high quality in the service. You will also become part of a modern workplace with high professional ambitions and a strong, collaborative and reflective culture.

Your main tasks

• Professional leadership of a multidisciplinary team with focus on well-being and operations
• Quality assurance and professional sparring
• Planning of staffing and capacity
• Follow-up on data, goals and results
• Recruitment, onboarding and development of employees
• Contribute to developing work processes and creating a strong learning culture
• Support a continuing developing partnership with colleagues in the pension fund

• Have experience with personnel management in an operationally driven and digital everyday life
• Can create good frameworks for well-being and professional development – both as a manager and a colleague
• Have strong professional expertise – and preferably familiarity with Væksthuset's Employability landscape
• Are strong in coordination, prioritization and follow-up
• Have a sense of delivering the best possible service
• Thrive in a department under development, where there is an opportunity to influence, but also a need to find solutions
• Insight into the social and health sector
• Work structurally with quality, data models, data governance and impact metrics
• Communicate clearly and create engagement – also digitally
