BETA.Partner (part-time), Aarhus University Hospital

Would you like to help drive the national innovation program BETA.HEALTH and support clinic-facing health innovation? Do you have extensive experience in driving innovation projects in the health sector? Do you have deep insight into innovation methods? And do you have the professional heft to participate in a national innovation program?

As a BETA Partner (part-time) at Aarhus University Hospital's BETA.Hub, you will play a central role in translating clinical needs into concrete actions in the national health innovation program BETA.HEALTH. Your role will be to be a partner for BETA.HEALTH innovation projects and ensure that the clinicians involved are supported in finding solutions to their challenges, including knowledge of regulatory matters, patenting, clinical needs, etc. It requires you to balance multiple concurrent projects across the country, and to leverage your deep insight into innovation methods to maintain progress.

Your profile

We are looking for an experienced innovation consultant with deep insight into health innovation and a strong understanding of the framework conditions of the health system. You must thrive in a role with a high degree of independence, but be able to join a team. You are used to having extensive contact with many stakeholders and solid skills in coordination and communication.

We expect that you have

• deep insight into innovation methods in the health care system
• long-standing concrete experience with health innovation
• strong competencies within coordination, communication and interdisciplinary collaboration
• extensive experience in collaboration with innovation environments across the health sector
• solid experience in alternating between independent task solving and close teamwork.

It is an advantage if you have knowledge of or concrete experience with working on BETA.HEALTH projects.

Your task portfolio is centered around the role as BETA Partner

• due diligence process in connection with selecting cases for funding
• execution of concrete innovation projects
• participate in national collaboration tasks.

The position is located in AUH BETA.Hub, which is part of Quality and Innovation in Hospital Management. We have office spaces at Hedeager 1, 8200 Aarhus N.

Salary and terms of employment in accordance with the applicable collective agreement.

The position is limited to 15 hours/week. Expected start 1 December 2026 or by agreement.

The position is in principle a full-time position.
