You are driven by taking responsibility for the customers and the commercial development. As Operations Manager you will be Securitas’ front person to two large, nationwide customers. You build strong collaborative relationships, ensure close dialogue with the customers’ decision-makers, and take responsibility for delivering the agreed quality. At the same time, you are a driving force in developing the collaboration and translating the customers’ needs into new solutions and profitable growth.

You thrive on taking initiative, opening the commercial dialogue, and following opportunities through in close cooperation with operations and relevant specialists.

It is important to us that there is a match between what drives you and the responsibility you will receive. Your key tasks will be to:

• Act as a clear front person for the customers through proactive, professional and trust-building communication and build strong relationships with their decision-makers.
• Identify and drive opportunities to develop the collaboration, expand the deliveries and create profitable growth
• Translate the customers’ needs into concrete solution proposals and offers in collaboration with relevant colleagues
• Drive the commercial dialogue about changes and expansions of the deliveries, including price and terms of agreement
• Prepare presentations and reports that highlight results, customer value and development opportunities
• Lead customer meetings and ensure progress and follow-up on agreements and development initiatives
• Prepare action plans and follow up on KPIs, customer satisfaction and contract profitability
• Ensure consistent quality and coordinate corrective actions between the customer and operations

Your work location spans the entire country, as the customers are nationwide, but you will also have the possibility to use the office at Hedeager 1, 8200 Aarhus N.

We expect a start around 1 April 2027 or, by agreement with the nearest manager.

What are our expectations of you?

• You have experience with customer responsibility, business development or commercial leadership and are motivated by creating measurable results
• You are curious about the customers’ business, see opportunities and take the initiative to develop the collaboration
• You have an understanding of operations, economy and analysis of KPIs and can connect customers’ needs with solutions that create value and profitability
• You have good communication skills in Danish, both written and spoken, and can present solution proposals and argue for their value
• You are service-minded, have impact, and are able to communicate broadly within the organization
• You can stand strong with the customer and challenge constructively when it leads to a better solution
• You are structured and follow through on initiatives, so ideas and agreements become concrete results
• You have good IT skills and are familiar with the Office suite
• You have a valid B driving license and should expect some travel activity, as you will visit customers across the country
• You have a clean criminal record in accordance with the Danish Act on Security Activities and must also be HEM-approved
