Become part of the new health house: We are looking for a nurse for the ill

We are looking for an engaged nurse who is passionate about the close citizen journey, has a flair for IT and wishes to participate in a close collaboration on independent operation of the clinic as well as in our multidisciplinary citizen teams.

About the position

The position is tied to the nursing clinic in the new Health House in Augustenborg, where you will work in close collaboration with your colleague to run an independent clinic. The position is primarily not field-based on weekdays, but you will participate in weekend operations with an on-call function every 6 weeks.

We actively work with the new Elder Law and co-management. In daily life this means that we place the citizen's self-determination, continuity and holistic care at the center. We are organized into 12 small citizen teams + an E-team, where we prioritize weekly team and development meetings highly to find the right solutions based on the Elder Law and the municipality's guiding principles.

You will mainly work in daytime shifts from Monday to Friday in the clinic. There is weekend work every 6 weeks (where you participate in the on-call function on weekends), as well as certain public holidays. We always work toward our core task: "A dignified life – where your potential is in play".

Competence – who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who

· Have a valid authorisation as a nurse

· Have a flair for IT and good digital skills

· Have broad clinical experience or a strong willingness to acquire such as well as the ability to perform clinical leadership and decision-making

· Thrive with a high degree of independence in the nursing clinic

· Contribute to a good and healthy working environment

· Thrive in working with a broad citizen group and can see the resources in each person

· Are passionate about the multidisciplinary work with focus on high professionalism, dialogue, feedback and knowledge sharing

Salary and employment terms

You will join the daily operation in the nursing clinic in Augustenborg Health House. We offer 37 hours per week or as agreed.

Working hours are primarily daytime from Monday to Friday. There is weekend work every 6 weeks, where you are on the road, as well as holiday work.

Employment from 1.1.2027 or as soon as possible.

Salary and employment terms are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement and DSR.
