Bluebay Marine is in rapid development, and we are looking for a creative and ambitious Content Creator & Digital Marketing Specialist who will help develop our brand, create engaging content and strengthen our digital marketing.

With us, marketing is not just about ads and clicks. It is about inspiring customers, telling good stories and conveying the experience of some of the market's most attractive boats and maritime luxury products.

We are looking for you who comes up with ideas, has an eye for a good story and knows how to create content that people actually want to see. You can film, photograph, edit and publish yourself – and you also understand how creativity and digital marketing can create concrete results.

YOUR ROLE AT BLUEBAY MARINE

You will take a central role in the development of our marketing and will work closely with the sales leadership. You will have the freedom to develop ideas, create content and put your own mark on our digital presence.

You must be both creative and commercially minded – from the initial idea to the finished content and the follow-up on the results.

Your main tasks will include

• Content creation: Develop ideas and produce engaging videos, images and texts.
• Video and photo: Film and edit content about our boats, product news, showroom, workshop, employees and customer experiences.
• Social media: Plan and publish content on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn.
• Creative campaigns: Develop concepts that create awareness, engagement and interest in our products.
• Google Ads: Drive and optimize our advertising with focus on relevant inquiries and sales.
• SEO and website: Work with keywords and content that strengthen our visibility on Google.
• Newsletters and events: Create content for newsletters, trade shows, open houses and product launches.
• Analytics and optimization: Track content and campaigns and use the results for ongoing improvements.

WHO ARE YOU?

We are looking for a creative profile with commercial understanding and a desire to create something that makes a difference. You don't need a specific education – the most important is what you can do and what you want to create.

We imagine that you

• Have experience with content creation for social media – especially video, images and short formats.
• Can film, edit and finalize content yourself.
• Have a sense of visual quality, storytelling and good content.
• Understand what works on different social platforms.
• Are creative, proactive and eager to try new formats.
• Have hands-on experience with Google Ads and can take responsibility for daily management and optimization.
• Have knowledge of SEO and digital marketing.
• Have commercial understanding and can connect creativity with customer interest and sales.
• Work in a structured way, take responsibility and follow tasks through to completion.
• Write confidently in Danish and preferably also English.

Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Meta Ads, newsletter systems and editing tools is an advantage.
