BOARD MEMBER

TARGET Headhunting's board network is anchored in our client base, which requests board and advisory board recruitments. We are therefore happy to hear if you currently already hold professional board and/or advisory board positions or that it is simply a board position you wish as the next step in your career.

We typically work with owner-managers, owner circles or executive boards in the companies, often profiles who have a great passion for their life's work or business. A modern professional board naturally contributes with qualified sparring, empathy and understanding of the industry, business idea and basis, and is able to collectively constitute the strategic leadership. One can either contribute with strategic business insight and understanding or with professional knowledge and experience on the strategic focus and development areas for the company.

We would like your background to include the following

• Experience in running an independent business
• Experience from C-level positions
• Current board positions
• Desire, with background in items 1 and 2, for a career as part of a board.

As a board member you typically contribute to a specific project or knowledge area both during and between meetings, which are at least 4 annual meetings. In other words, there is often an expectation that you can apply the already gained general experience in implementing strategic initiatives in an organization.
