Country Manager

The role

As Country Manager you will have overall responsibility for the Danish business and an organization of around 25 employees. Reporting to the CEO of Proline Group AB you will be responsible for running, developing and strengthening the business with a focus on growth, strong execution and close Nordic collaboration.

You will become a central part of the Nordic management and will work closely with colleagues and leaders across Denmark and Sweden.

Your main areas of responsibility will be to

• Ensure a healthy and profitable development of the Danish business
• Lead, prioritise and coordinate the work in the Danish organisation
• Further develop the organisation, including employees, competencies, structure and work processes
• Ensure efficient operation and execution of projects with a focus on quality, finance and customer satisfaction
• Take an active part in sales activities and the development of both existing and new customers
• Ensure a strong pipeline and convert market opportunities into concrete projects
• Monitor revenue, earnings, budgets and other relevant KPI's
• Ensure compliance with applicable requirements, standards and necessary authorisations
• Collaborate closely with the Swedish organisation and leverage competencies and resources across the countries
• Implement the group strategy while developing the Danish business in relation to local market conditions

Your profile

We envision that you have a solid construction-related background combined with strong commercial competencies, proven sales experience and experience with leadership.

You are trained as an engineer or building constructor, preferably complemented with a commercial postgraduate. At the same time you have insight into project economics and experience from the HVAC/plumbing industry. If you are a trained HVAC engineer and have an HVAC authorization, that would be a clear advantage.

As a leader you are present and trustworthy. You manage to engender engagement, bring the organisation together around common goals and translate strategic ambitions into concrete results. You communicate clearly and credibly and thrive on taking responsibility and making decisions.

Additionally you are motivated to develop both people and business and have a strong focus on growth, collaboration and execution.
