At Oehlenschlægersgades Skole (OEH) this means that we believe children do well when they can. We have a resource-oriented view of children and are focused on how we can create participation opportunities for all children at our school – regardless of where their zone of proximal development lies.

The year group is the school's smallest unit, and that means that both children and adults should feel like part of the community on the year group. Here, as a kindergarten class leader you do not have sole responsibility for a class, but responsibility for the children's development and well-being together with the rest of the team. The team, consisting of pedagogues and kindergarten class leaders, is distributed evenly across the year group, and the children are divided into cohorts. Right now we have an orange and a blue cohort.

It is organized with the idea of creating as flexible a day as possible, where the team has the opportunity to work with team teaching and relationships across the year group. Salary and employment terms according to the applicable collective agreement and within the framework of local salary formation.
