Ristolahaven Adult Center seeks Social and Health Care Assistant for special arrangement 2:1 in Løvehuset Løvehuset is a residential offer under § 108 with two residents with special needs aged 18 and 33.

Ristolahaven is one of Marjatta's 4 adult centers and consists of several shared homes as well as individual apartments. In the area live 36 residents, who together with the staff work to form an active and dynamic community. We work holistically from a pedagogical perspective based on Rudolf Steiner's view of humanity and Marjatta's values and action framework.

Løvehuset is a residential offer under § 108 with two residents with special needs aged 18 and 33.

The work includes, among other things

• Maintaining a structured everyday routine.
• Enhanced personal hygiene.
• Medication management.
• Pedagogical and health-professional documentation.
• Cooperation with a resident who can exhibit problem-causing and outwardly aggressive behaviour.
• Rotating work hours day/evening/night (awake) as well as weekends and holidays.

Personal competencies

• You have goodwill and preferably experience with relational pedagogy.
• You agree to work according to our value-, goal-, and action framework and our value-based personnel policy with kindness as the guiding principle.
• You can see yourself as a good support in the resident's home and can assist in all daily tasks.
• You are present, pedagogically creative and good at reading moods and situations.
• You have general computer skills.
• You have a driver's license and can drive in Copenhagen.

Salary and employment: The employment and salary placement are according to the regional agreement for social and health personnel as well as Marjatta's locally agreed pre-agreements.

Starting salary for unionized employees: Marjatta, under a service agreement with Region Zealand, is obliged to inform you of the starting salary for the position. You will be informed of base pay, centrally fixed allowances and pension under the relevant union agreement. In addition to the starting salary, the pay may include any negotiated allowances depending on the position, your experience and qualifications.
