Børnehuset Villekulla seeks a pedagogical assistant as soon as possible.

We are a small house where all staff work closely together across the house. Børnehuset Villekulla is an integrated institution with 30 kindergarten children and 14 toddler children. In the kindergarten, the 30 children are together for a large part of the day, but divided into three primary groups, where the children eat, go on trips, etc. Each group has a attached pedagog who is the contact pedagogue for the group’s children.

We live in a lovely old house with a large and wonderful playground in the middle of the Ø-gadekvarteret district in the center of Aarhus. We often use the local area for outings away from home. We place a high priority on outdoor life and are outside most of the day - in all weather.

About you

We are looking for a pedag ogical assistant who

• Is responsible, systematic and has a good overview
• Can work independently
• Would like to learn from the experienced pedagogues in the house to gain insight into the pedagogical work in the kindergarten
• Is initiative-taking and good at starting activities and play
• Is appreciative
• Is flexible and stable
• Is outgoing, chatty and good at communicating with parents.

Salary and employment conditions

Salary and employment conditions will be in accordance with the applicable collective agreement. Final salary setting takes place after negotiation with the union entitled to negotiate based on qualifications, unless the position is covered by a pre-agreement, which can form the basis for salary setting

Weekly hours: 37
