Bogense: Full-time position (35 hours) handicap helper sought as soon as possible

About me I can tell the following

I am

• very lucky to have a team of 3 faithful helpers aged 32 to 64, and now we are missing the next one.
• 62 years young and living in the countryside with my husband outside Bogense on Nordfyn. Here we have laying hens and 3 dogs.
• a happy girl who enjoys both dark humor and, not least, self-irony.
• someone who has always had many balls in the air, and is very creative in many areas, where I, among other things, go out and help/guide others in, among other things, the renovation of my grandma's house.

Our food is as locally grown and homemade as possible, in the same way as juice, cordial, marmalade, jelly and compote.

When the opportunity arises, yes then we also go to various courses, a game of bingo, a girls' trip, a trip out for a small picnic, or a weekend trip.

I go to pool training twice a week, and physiotherapy once a week.

My activity is determined by my pain level, and for that reason I am very impulsive. I have a rare condition called CRPS, which is the autonomic nervous system overreacting, and two inflammatory rheumatic diseases.

The job involves

• Helping me with practical tasks such as cleaning, cooking, laundry and all help out of the house. I am very active when the opportunity arises.

You are of course also involved with both the dogs and the hens, which is a must to be keen on.

You must also help me with personal care and, in general, you must be my hands and feet, but not my head.

Your qualifications should be as follows

• Stability; I am very dependent on you in my daily life, and therefore it is important that you are stable, and that I can rely on you. You must also help cover your colleagues during both holidays and illness.
• Flexibility; My daily life and the activities in it are often pain-determined, therefore I need you to be flexible. Usually things are not planned, and therefore you must be able to cope with not always knowing what the day will bring, as I set the agenda according to my ability.

In the same way I will also be flexible and accommodate your wishes as far as possible.

• Cleaning; You enjoy cleaning and keeping the home tidy. I am allergic, therefore it is a must that you are good at getting into all corners.
• Situational awareness / Confidentiality; This is a big part of being a helper. You move around in our home where everything in our life is laid out for you, and you must be able to be the fly on the wall and at the same time have eyes to see when I need help. You understand, of course, that you have a duty of confidentiality regarding all you experience here at work.
• You must learn when to step in, and when to step back. You should ideally be ironic yourself and have dark humor.
• You must be used to dealing with dogs and hens.
• Have a category B driving license and preferably BE, or be willing to take BE and not be afraid to drive a large car. And participate in training regarding driving safety.

The best solutions come when we reach them, with good communication and flexibility from both sides.

The shifts

There is a fixed rotation with 18 shifts over 8 weeks, where one usually has 2 consecutive shifts at a time , and several days off. Here there is also the possibility of overnight stays. Shifts start at 8:00 and are 15.5 hours on weekdays and 16 hours on weekends.

It is also expected that everyone covers for each other during holidays and illness.

Collective agreement and employment are under LOBPA.

The hourly wage as of 1.6.2026 is approximately 191.50 DKK on average, incl. all allowances.

As a minimum, the position is 35 hours per week on average. The employment is a long-term sick-leave position, starting as soon as possible, and can subsequently lead to a permanent position of about 30 hours per week.
