Property Assistant Wanted - Company Car, Flexibility and Outdoor Work in Greater Copenhagen

At Forenede Service we are seeking an property assistant who thrives with physical work, freedom under responsibility and a daily life in the open air. You will become part of a strong team that every day ensures that our customers' outdoor areas appear well-maintained, inviting and presentable.

You make things look good - and function

Your daily workplace is with our customers in the Greater Copenhagen area. As a property assistant you will have a versatile daily routine, where you help ensure that the outdoor areas are well-kept and pleasant to move around in.

Your tasks will include

Cleaning

and maintenance of outdoor areas

✅

Waste management

and general tidying

✅

Lawn mowing,

hedge trimming and weed control

✅

Care

of green areas year-round

✅

Smaller

service- and maintenance tasks on properties

You take

responsibility for your tasks and keep an eye on where there is a need for an extra effort.

Who are you?

You do not necessarily need many years of experience. The most important is that you enjoy physical work and take responsibility for your tasks.

We imagine that you

• Thrive with working outdoors in all kinds of weather
• Is reliable, responsible and service-minded
• Can work independently and get

the tasks fully completed

• Have experience with property service, green care, operations or gardening (an advantage, but not a requirement)
• Speak and write Danish
• Have a category B driving license (required)
• Contributes with good humor and

positive collaboration skills
