You will be employed in the Rehabilitation, Health and Prevention Department in Lejre Municipality. It is a department with many professional groups and thus a particularly good opportunity for collaboration and sparring.

About you

• Relevant experience from working with people, activity and health
• Must be proactive and curious about new ways to offer activities, and possess good organizational skills with a view to being the coordinator of a citizen's participation in a given activity, for a period
• Have good digital skills, especially to be able to support citizens' use of digital solutions
• Must be able to plan and perform work with a high degree of independence and thrive in a changing workday.
• Are present, constructive, solution-oriented, and have an appreciative approach.

Have good situational awareness and overview. Can, among other things, operate in a shared office with disturbances, without losing direction, overview or mood.

• Have the possibility to work flexibly in a self-planning role. There will be collaboration with volunteers and associations at various times during the day as well as in the evening hours.
• Have a driver's license for a regular passenger car.

Your tasks will among other things consist of

• that you, in collaboration with colleagues, identify relevant offers for the individual citizen, based on their health competencies and preferences through Health Conversations
• To conduct Health Conversations with citizens who contact us / are referred.
• It would be an advantage to have knowledge and experience in working with health behavior.
• That you, in close collaboration with the Center for Culture & Leisure, will eventually participate in the work of identifying areas lacking offerings and support the start-up of relevant offerings.
• That you collaborate with associations and other communities in civil society on current and future initiatives.
• To conduct outreach work to citizens who initially decline the municipality's offers.

Salary and employment

The position is available from 1.1.2027. You will be employed according to the applicable collective agreement.
