Building Painter for Facade Maintenance in Copenhagen K

Do you want a company car, stable work and facade tasks in Copenhagen City Centre?

We are looking for a building painter for facade maintenance and new build.

You will become part of a small painting company where everyday life mainly revolves around facades and new builds. The tasks are in Copenhagen City Centre and surrounding areas, so the city and nearby area are the fixed frame. A company car is part of the package, and a driving licence is required.

The role suits you if you can take responsibility for your part of the task, even when the work shifts between maintenance and new build. The requirements are not embellished: you must be able to show up reliably, work properly, and speak up if something doesn't add up.

What you get Salary: 160-180 DKK per hour

Company car: Yes

Area of work: Copenhagen City Centre and surroundings

Collective agreement: Employed under the applicable collective agreement

Employment: Permanent employment - we are looking for people we can work with for many years. No short-term programs.

Everyday: Facade maintenance, new build and painting work

Your daily life When the task shifts from facade to new build, the tempo also changes. Some days are about preparation and maintenance, others about finishing the painting so the next part can continue.

You will, among other things, work with

• Maintain facades on existing buildings
• Perform painting work on new builds
• Paint interior and exterior surfaces
• Treat facades before painting
• Putty and prime as needed

If something doesn't fit the schedule or the substrate, you speak up in time. That is how you avoid half-finished solutions and get the work delivered properly.

We are looking for someone who can tick most boxes You don't need to be an expert in every corner of the trade. But you must be able to stand behind what you deliver.

We imagine that you

• Have a driving licence
• Have at least 2 years of experience as a building painter
• Can work with facade maintenance and new build
• Show up reliably and keep your appointments
• Speak up if something doesn't add up

It is advantageous if you have tried both facades and new builds before. But the most important is that you work properly and can take responsibility for your part.
