Business and financial controller with management experience sought for Summerbird A/S, Assens.

We are in the process of a generational transition in our controller function and therefore seek an outward-facing, independent and proactive controller with leadership experience and ambitions for Summerbird's main office in Assens.

The job involves versatility within controller tasks, budgeting, reporting and analyses. You will have the opportunity to make a difference in a busy company and join Summerbird's continued journey. Reporting to our head of administration, you will have a large contact surface and collaboration with department heads as well as other key people in the company.

Responsibilities

Operations and development of Summerbird's controller and finance function

Development/selection - and implementation of current as well as new tools, systems and processes.

Sales reporting, operations-oriented monthly reporting, preparation of action-based budgets and operational financial analyses.

Qualifications

You can work both hands-on and with managerial responsibility.

You work analytically and independently.

You have experience from a manufacturing company and preferably also from a larger retail company.

You have a good business sense, system and accounting understanding, are proactive and curious.

You master Excel at a superuser level, Power BI and have extensive knowledge of ERP systems.

You have a theoretical education equivalent to HD(r) or similar.

You are a loyal team player, flexible and have a good sense of humor.
