Business Developer for Private Banking

Become a business developer in Private Banking and translate customer insights, strategy and ideas into solutions that enhance the customer experience and the bank's position in the market.

We are looking for a business developer who will help strengthen and develop our Private Banking business and create attractive solutions for the bank's wealthiest clients.

You will become part of Business Development & Strategy at the head office in Aabenraa and will play a central role in developing concepts, products, customer experiences and business initiatives across Private Banking.

We work closely with the business and develop the solutions that will strengthen both the customer experience and the bank's position in the market.

About the position

As a business developer you will work at the intersection of customer insights, the business and strategy.

You will take on a role where you must be able to see long-term opportunities and help bring them to life. For us, business development is therefore about both creating new things and ensuring that what we already have works, is up-to-date and creates value for customers and advisers.

You will work closely with Private Bankers, managers and a number of specialist areas across the bank.

Your tasks will include, among other things, to

• develop and further develop concepts, products and customer experiences within Private Banking
• identify new business opportunities based on customer needs, market development and strategic ambitions
• drive development initiatives from idea to implementation and anchoring
• ensure ongoing development and optimization of existing solutions, tools and processes

About you

You have a strong business understanding and are motivated to translate analyses and ideas into solutions that create value.

• are a strong collaborative partner who builds relationships and gains support
• communicate complex issues clearly and persuasively

Your background could be, for example, Private Banker, Privatrådgiver, Specialist or Forretningsudvikler. The most important thing is that you can combine business understanding, curiosity and drive.
