Retail and webshop assistant with strong IT skills sought – make our online catalog razor-sharp!

Are you structured, do you have strong IT flair, and do you want to take responsibility for ensuring our customers can always find the right products online?

We are a small company that sells everything from hardware, mobile phones and tablets to office supplies, toys and hobby items. Our webshop serves as our main digital catalog. Many of our customers use the site to search for information, check the range, and find the right products before they buy or visit the store.

Therefore we are looking for a dedicated colleague who can with great precision operate and maintain our online catalog, and who also enjoys lending a hand in the physical store.

Your primary tasks (Webshop & IT)

• Creation and updating of items on our website (images, precise product specifications and prices).
• Structuring of our online catalog , so it is clear, logically organized and easy for customers to navigate.
• Ensuring high data discipline , so product information is always correct and credible.

Your secondary tasks (Store & Customer Service)

• Serving and advising customers at the checkout with a smile.
• Installing protective glass on phones and tablets.
• Handling parcel pickup (scanning packages in and out).
• Taking passport photos.

Who are you?

• IT flair and data discipline: You quickly grasp new systems, work in a highly structured way and understand the importance of the online catalog matching reality.
• Working hours: You can work 37 hours per week from Monday to Friday (9:00–17:30) and Saturday (9:00–13:00).
• Personality: You have a good memory (our range is broad!), are reliable and work independently.
• Language: You can read, speak and write flawless Danish and be able to operate in English.
