Your role

As store manager

• you run a store with a high tempo and solid results
• lead and develop your team in everyday work
• work in a structured way with our concepts, including our management concept ”Best for the Basics”
• ensure strong execution and great customer experiences
• develop employees and spot new leadership talents

We imagine that you

May already work in retail or groceries. You are at least a skilled leader who has experience running a store or an area with responsibility for both operations and employees.

You have created results through strong operations, daily structure and by developing the people you lead.

You thrive in a daily life with tempo, responsibility and clear goals, and are motivated by building a strong team that together delivers good results.
